Currently seeking candidates with hands-on experience operating machinery such as CNC routers, edgebanders, finish line equipment, and similar production tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain various production machines (e.g., CNCs, edgebanders, Beam Saw)
Monitor equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality output
Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshooting
Follow safety protocols and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Preferred Background:
Previous experience operating CNC machines, edgebanders, or finishing line equipment
Ability to read and interpret production drawings, schematics, or specs
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
WOOD experience is top range
