Located in Roanoke, VA
Salary: $18-20 hourly
Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units
Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements
Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
Travel to multiple job sites as required; company gas card provided for work-related travel
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation using company systems
Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications
Communicate clearly with customers regarding system conditions, repair options, and maintenance recommendations
Coordinate with dispatch, supervisors, and other technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and service completion
Safely operate and maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles
