Salary: $20-30 Hourly
Lead and supervise carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan layouts and material needs
Assign tasks and provide hands-on guidance to carpenters and laborers on job sites
Perform advanced carpentry work including framing, trim, cabinetry, drywall, and finish work
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve issues and maintain workflow
Inspect completed work for accuracy, craftsmanship, and adherence to project requirements
Order materials, track inventory, and maintain tools and equipment
Troubleshoot construction challenges and provide effective solutions on-site
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
