Salary: $21-$25/hr

We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator for 2nd Shift for a manufacturing company in Westford, MA. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, loading materials, and inspecting precision parts in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts with minimal supervision

• Perform part inspections and ensure quality standards are met

• Read and follow written and verbal instructions

• Troubleshoot and respond to process or material issues

• Change inserts and tooling as required

• Follow SOPs and use correct materials and tools

• Maintain a safe work environment and understand job hazards

• Assist with additional shop duties as needed

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of machine operation or similar experience

• Previous CNC manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications preferred

• Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers, gauges, and indicators preferred

• Solid math skills

The hours are Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-2AM. You must be able to train on 1st shift for approximately one month as part of training period. The pay range is $21-$25/hr DOE.
