Salary: $20-$25/hr
We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in Westford, MA. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, loading materials, and inspecting precision parts in a production environment.
Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts with minimal supervision
Perform part inspections and ensure quality standards are met
Read and follow written and verbal instructions
Troubleshoot and respond to process or material issues
Change inserts and tooling as required
Follow SOPs and use correct materials and tools
Maintain a safe work environment and understand job hazards
Assist with additional shop duties as needed
At least 2+ years of machine operation or similar experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications preferred
Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers, gauges, and indicators preferred
Solid math skills
The hours are Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM. The pay range is $21-$25/hr DOE.
