Job Description:

 

The Process/R&D Technician supports the director by conducting tests, operating equipment, and refining production process to develop new products. They are assisting the troubleshooting machinery, collecting and analyzing data, and documenting results while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

• Experiment Execution: Set up, conduct, and monitor laboratory or pilot-scale trials to test new formulations, materials, or processes.
• Equipment Operation: Operate, maintain, and calibrate specialized machinery (e.g., reactors, blenders, mixers, or analytical tools).
• Process Optimization: Identify, document, and implement improvements to existing production methods.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed, accurate records, logbooks, and batch records in compliance with SOPs and safety regulations.
• Data Collection: Collect, analyze, and report on test results, such as particle size, viscosity, or chemical composition.

Educational requirements: Associate's in chemistry, engineering, biology or related technical field
