Position Overview

The Account Manager will play a key role in managing customer accounts and coordinating projects from the quoting stage through completion. This role requires strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage orders from quote stage through completion

• Communicate with customers, internal teams, and subcontractors via phone and email

• Prepare estimates and generate invoices

• Track job status using Excel and/or Access

• Coordinate scheduling and installation logistics

• Negotiate and obtain installation quotes from subcontractors

• Review and approve installer invoices

• Maintain accurate records and status updates for all projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication, planning, scheduling, and follow-up skills

• Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook; Access a plus)

• Basic math skills

• Prior experience in a similar account management or coordination role

• Printing or manufacturing industry experience is a plus, but not required

• Outgoing personality with confidence speaking on the phone
