Supply Chain Clerk
Position: Supply Chain Clerk Pay: $18–$22 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday (Schedule TBD) Location: Agoura Hills, CA
Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Clerk to support purchasing, inventory, and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate order documentation, tracking shipments, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate material flow.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory control in a transactional or administrative capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in ERP/MRP or purchasing systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar)
Strong Excel skills, including data entry, basic reporting, reconciliation, and maintaining data integrity
Demonstrated attention to detail and process discipline with the ability to manage multiple open orders and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective follow-up with suppliers and coordination with internal teams across operations, accounting, and warehouse
Experience coordinating with vendors, carriers, or freight forwarders, including tracking shipments, expediting late orders, and resolving discrepancies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
