Property Manager

Express Employment is seeking a Property Manager to oversee two residential properties in Park Rapids and Walker, MN. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and coordinating maintenance and financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of two properties, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, rent collection, and addressing concerns.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working with vendors and staff as needed.
• Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous property management, maintenance or real estate experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of property maintenance, tenant laws, and leasing procedures.
• Proficiency with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between properties.
