Now Hiring: Lead HVAC Technician

We’re looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to take charge of residential and/or commercial HVAC installations and ongoing maintenance. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work, leads by example, and knows how to keep systems running efficiently and customers satisfied.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead HVAC system installations, ensuring work is completed accurately, safely, and to code.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

• Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs as needed.

• Oversee job quality and support team members on-site when required.

• Communicate clearly with customers about system performance, maintenance needs, and recommendations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with leadership or lead technician experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.

• Ability to work independently and manage job responsibilities efficiently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
