Position: Wholesale HVAC Counter Sales Representative

Pay: $21–$27 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Simi Valley, CA 93063

 

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Wholesale HVAC Counter Sales Representative to support daily counter and phone sales operations. This role is ideal for someone with HVAC knowledge or someone with a great attitude who is eager to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.

 

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Provide excellent customer service at the sales counter and over the phone
Assist customers with HVACR product inquiries, orders, and recommendations
Process phone and in-person sales transactions accurately
Maintain an organized work area and manage multiple priorities
Work collaboratively with team members and support warehouse operations as needed
Operate a forklift (training may be provided if needed)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

 

Qualifications
1–2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or HVAC-related work preferred
HVAC product knowledge preferred; open to training the right candidate with a great personality
Forklift experience a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate computer skills including data entry and order processing
Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player
