Our client located in McHenry, IL is looking for a Maintenance Technician!

You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and facilities while following all safety policies and procedures.

Pay: Based on experience

Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs including doors/locks, small appliances, furniture, drywall patching/painting
• Use basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills for general maintenance
• Inspect/clean roof systems and assist with building inspections
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and maintain compliance with building codes

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience
• Ability to learn diverse maintenance tasks and work independently or with a team
• Flexible availability, including occasional emergency/on-call needs
