Our clients is seeking experienced individuals to operate: Excavator/Backhoe/Trackhoe/Dozer/Dump Truck/Asphalt Roller/Milling Machine

Duties:  

• Check fluid levels at the beginning of engine startup for the day, monitor gauges and fluid levels throughout the day.
• Perform light mechanical adjustments and/ or assist with repairs on assigned equipment
• Perform a variety of tasks which may include cleaning or cutting ditches, fine grading, shaping subgrades, base materials back filling, laying pipe, loading trucks and hoisting
• Make cuts in the area of known utilities without causing damage to the underground utility, work boom and bucket around overhead lines
• Operate equipment in a manner which ensures the safety of everyone
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of prior experience
• Road construction/paving experience highly preferred
• Valid drivers license and clean MVR required to drive company vehicles
