Position Summary

We are a growing aluminum extrusion company in Megargel, TX, seeking a career-minded CDL-A Driver to join our team. This role includes local driving routes only, delivering finished product to customers and picking up materials as needed. When not driving, the employee will also assist in the packing department with daily production tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A truck for local deliveries and pickups.
• Load and unload aluminum extrusion products using proper handling procedures.
• Complete accurate delivery paperwork, logs, and inspection reports.
• Maintain a clean driving record and operate vehicles in full compliance with DOT regulations.
• Assist in the packing department when not driving, including bundling, stacking, and preparing materials for shipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal staff.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Clean background check required.
• Prior local or regional driving experience preferred.
• Ability to assist in physical labor when working in the packing department.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Megargel facility.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and desire for long-term employment.
