Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. This role leads and supports production teams, coordinates workflow, and drives continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure schedules and output targets are met

• Lead, train, and motivate production associates to maintain productivity and engagement

• Enforce safety policies and promote a safe work environment

• Monitor quality standards and ensure products meet specifications

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to address production issues

• Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and escalate as needed

• Track production metrics and report on performance, efficiency, and downtime

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and standard work processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment required

• 5+ Years of experience preferred 

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of safety, quality, and production processes

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams effectively

• Basic computer skills; experience with production or reporting systems a plus
