🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Surface Prep: Cleaning, sanding, and masking parts for a perfect bond
  • Precision Coating: Operating spray guns and booth systems to apply even, high-quality finishes
  • The Bake: Monitoring curing ovens to ensure the perfect finish every time
  • Quality Check: Inspecting finished parts for thickness and consistency
 
✅ What You Bring:
  • Experience: Previous industrial painting or powder coating experience is a major plus!
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Eye for Detail: A commitment to producing defects-free work
  • Reliability: A "can-do" attitude and a rock-solid attendance record
