Production Sanitation Associate

Cold Environment | Overnight Shift

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Sanitation Associate to support sanitation operations within a food production environment. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of production areas and equipment in accordance with company and safety standards.

Pay Information

• Max Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule

• Sunday: 6:30 PM – 2:00 AM

• Monday – Friday: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM

• Saturday: Off

• Schedule: 6 days per week (overnight)

Work Environment

• Cold environment: 30°F – 40°F (must dress accordingly)

• Steel-toe footwear required

Equipment Used

• Cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, sponges, and approved sanitation supplies

Job Duties

• Clean and sanitize production rooms and equipment, including:

  • Tables

  • Dicer machines

  • Metal detectors

  • Shelving

  • Small hand tools and knives

• Follow sanitation and food safety standards strictly

• Perform dishwashing and sanitation-related tasks

• Maintain organized, clean workspaces

• Support general upkeep of the production area

• This is not a janitorial role — focus is on production sanitation

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in sanitation, production, or similar environments

• Ability to work overnight shifts and in cold temperatures

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
