We are seeking a qualified contractor or construction team to relocate an existing commercial beer refrigerator within an operating liquor store. The project involves demolition, electrical, refrigeration coordination, and finishing work to ensure the fridge is safely relocated, fully operational, and compliant with all applicable codes.
The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and coordination required to complete the following:
Site assessment and verification of existing conditions
Safe disconnection and relocation of existing commercial beer fridge
Minor demolition and removal of existing fixtures as required
Electrical modifications, including new outlet(s) or circuit adjustments
Coordination with refrigeration technician (if required) for refrigerant handling and recommissioning
Flooring, wall, and ceiling patching and finishing at both old and new locations
Installation and leveling of beer fridge at new location
Testing and verification that fridge is fully operational
Job site cleanup and disposal of debris
