Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a confidential logistics company in Pompano Beach to hire a Dispatcher. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity, with the potential to transition into an internal, long-term position upon successful completion of the required hourly contract and performance review.

Schedule

• Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM

• Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate drivers for daily routes and deliveries

• Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, changes, and delivery updates

• Track shipments and maintain accurate dispatch records

• Use Microsoft Excel to update logs, schedules, and reports

• Assist with warehouse duties as needed (loading, staging, inventory support)

• Ensure timely, efficient operations while maintaining safety and compliance

• Support day-to-day logistics and operational needs

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)

• Ability to perform warehouse duties as required

• Previous logistics or dispatch experience is beneficial but not mandatory

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Clean criminal background

• Negative drug test within the past 30 days

• Hiring and payroll will be handled by Express Employment Professionals

• This is an evaluation hire position

• Upon completion of the required hourly contract, candidates may be offered a direct internal position with the client based on performance
