Upholstery Technician

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Upholstery Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on fabricating, upholstering, and finishing high-quality acoustic sound panels that meet both performance and visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Upholster acoustic sound panels using fabric, foam, and other materials
• Measure, cut, and install fabric and padding accurately
• Operate hand tools, staple guns, cutting tools, and basic shop equipment
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality, consistency, and durability
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all quality and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Upholstery, sewing, or fabric-handling experience required
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
