Express is recruiting an Office Coordinator on behalf of our client who specializes in appliance repairs.

 

Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator include:

  • Responding to service inquires
  • Minimal processing payments for over the counter sales
  • Front reception, Answering phone lines
  • Input inventory into software
  • Scheduling of service calls
  • Prepping and picking parts for the days orders

 

Key qualifications for Office Coordinator:

  • Office Administration Diploma
  • Customer service skills and administrative capability
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Knowledgeable of MS Office Suite
  • Training will be provided for specific software
  • Ability to work independently and under limited supervision

 

Working conditions:

  • Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
  • Small working industrial environment
