We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager with a strong background in FP&A, budgeting, and job costing to support operational and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a finance professional with oil & gas exposure who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
Build financial models for project economics, ROI, and scenario analysis
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP
Maintain internal controls and support audits as needed
Monitor costs, production efficiency, and operational KPIs
Partner with operations and leadership to improve margins
Ensure compliance with tax, royalty, and regulatory requirements
Manage joint venture accounting and partner billings
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Bilingual Spanish preferred
7+ years of progressive finance experience with oil & gas exposure
Strong knowledge of joint ventures, AFEs, depletion, and revenue recognition
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
