Job Description:
The Slickline Operator will be responsible for operating machines and performing operational housekeeping duties while closely adhering to standard work instructions and organizational procedures in a clean room environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating swabbing units to remove fluids from oil and gas wells to enhance production

• Monitoring well conditions and ensuring equipment is functioning properly

• Performing operational housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Following all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Understanding and applying knowledge of well pressure, fluid dynamics, and slickline operations

• Accurately completing required documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Valid CDL (required)

• Experience operating swab rigs or slickline equipment preferred

• Knowledge of well pressure, fluid dynamics, and safety procedures

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
