Job Summary

Our agency is seeking dependable Shipping & Receiving Associates for growing companies in the South County Area. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in warehouse or logistics environments. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments for accuracy and condition

• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders efficiently and safely

• Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and carts (training available)

• Maintain organized and clean work areas, following all safety and compliance standards

• Track shipments, update inventory systems, and document product movement

• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation

• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic

• Forklift experience is a plus but not required

• Must be available for 1st shift
