In-House Recruiter – Express Employment Professionals (Everett, WA)

Full-Time | On-Site Only | $24/hr | Monday–Friday

Express Employment Professionals in Everett is seeking an In‑House Recruiter to join our internal team. This role is 100% on-site and sits at the front desk alongside the our Front Office Talent Coordinator to support a high volume of applicants each day.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Fully on-site (no remote or hybrid options)

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, front‑office recruiting position where you’ll be the first point of contact for job seekers. You’ll conduct a mix of phone interviews, video interviews, and in-person interviews, while navigating multiple recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems. Strong multitasking and customer service skills are essential, as you’ll balance digital workflows with walk‑in traffic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen walk‑in applicants at the front desk
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and onboarding tasks
  • Toggle between multiple recruiting and applicant management platforms
  • Handle high-volume phone calls and prompt, professional email communication
  • Maintain accurate data entry and compliant documentation 
  • Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and client companies
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team to meet hiring goals and deadlines
  • Reference check interviewed candidates 

What You Bring

  • Ability to type 50+ WPM
  • Excellent computer skills and comfort switching between multiple systems
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Previous recruiting, HR, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
