Location: South McAllen
Pay Rate: $13.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (rotating Saturdays) Sundays closed
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to assist clients with product questions, orders, and account updates. This role focuses on providing excellent service while promoting available products and solutions.
Job Duties:
Interact with current and potential customers to explain products and options
Process customer orders and payments accurately
Maintain and update customer records and account information
Address questions, objections, and complaints with professionalism
Recommend additional products to fit customer needs
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage customer databases and handle transactions
Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Flexible availability for rotating Saturday shifts
