Responsibilities:
Greet guests with hospitality standards (eye contact, smile, polite conversation, use guest surname)
Check guests in and out professionally
Answer phones and provide accurate information
Handle cash, credit cards, and balance shift bank
Monitor room availability and hotel status
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Sales, Bell Staff, and Valet
Follow key control, credit, safety, and emergency procedures
Complete shift checklists and assist with concierge services
Maintain professional appearance and organization
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
6 months–1 year of front desk or customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to use hotel systems (PMS, PBX, email)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Work Environment:
Moderate noise level
Fast-paced, guest-focused setting
