Salary: $22.00-$32.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pm 

*Occasional weekend work based on operational needs

Pay: $22.00-$32.00/HR

Duties: 

  • Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and occasional aluminum components

  • Fabricate parts and assemblies from drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions

  • Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision for custom projects

  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication

  • Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, brakes, and welders

  • Complete custom one‑off builds with minimal supervision

  • Inspect finished welds and assemblies to ensure quality and compliance

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications: 

  • Proficient TIG welding skills on stainless steel and carbon steel

  • Experience in fabrication, including cutting, fitting, and assembly

  • Ability to work independently and complete custom projects with limited oversight

  • Strong measurement and layout skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings

  • Aluminum TIG welding experience is a plus

  • Familiarity with shop tools and equipment used in metal fabrication

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to meet project deadlines
