We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our leadership team at a licensing company. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Job Description:

• Competitive pay of $20 per hour
• Monday – Friday
• Full time | First Shift

• Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations.
• Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses.
• assist in project management and tracking progress on key initiatives.
• Conduct research and compile data for meetings and reports.
• Review and revise incoming applications from clients and prospects. 

 

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
• Customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Speak, read, and comprehend in English
• Recent and relevant work history in the last 6 months
