Warehouse Associate Level 1 - Swing Shift

Located in Eugene, OR

Salary: $19-$20 DOE

Express is hiring a Level 1 Warehouse associate!

Shift: Monday-Friday 4PM-12:30AM with overtime opportunities

Pay: $19-$20 per hour depending on experience

PRIMARY PURPOSE 
Operating necessary MHE to move, relocate, stack, stage, and count inventory in a safe and efficient manner. Picking and 
staging orders for shipment. Receiving product accurately and warehouse products safely. Maintains accuracy in the 
warehouse by utilizing proper warehousing techniques. Performing daily housekeeping to ensure a clean, compliant and 
safe working environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receiving – Unloading inbound shipments and moving to storage locations in freezer.
• Checking – Ensuring that shipped/received product is correct to the customer’s order or receipt paperwork.
• Order Picking – Pulling and preparing product for shipment. 
• Loading – Moving product efficiently from staging and storage areas to or from trailers.
• Equipment – Maintaining forklift and warehouse equipment daily.
• Inventory – Keeping appropriate and accurate records of where product is located, what is received and what is 
shipped. Reporting inventory discrepancies to the Lead/Supervisor. 
• Safety – Adhere to company safety practices, policies and procedures
• Warehousing – Maintaining an accurate warehouse and relocating product to optimize storage space. 
• Housekeeping – Maintaining a clean, compliant and orderly working environment.

Warehouse Worker Level Requirements: 
 Level 1
o Pallet Jack Proficient
o Picking Proficient
o MHE certified
o Document Knowledge (pick sheets, PO, Receipts, etc.)
o Allergen Knowledge
o Organic Knowledge
o Litmos Trainings Complete
