Plate Processing & Bindery Associate

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plate Processing & Bindery Associate to join our production team. This role is responsible for developing printing plates through a processing machine and preparing them for press. During downtime, the associate will assist the bindery department with various production tasks.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced printing and production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate plate processing machine to develop plates for press
• Inspect plates for quality and accuracy before sending to press
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Assist bindery department during downtime with tasks such as:
• Counting printed materials
• Sorting and organizing jobs
• Hand assembly and packaging of printed products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay: $15.00 per hour

Work Environment:

• Production/print shop setting
• Hands-on, physical work
• Fast-paced and team-oriented
