Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Welders for a reputable, high-quality metal fabrication facility serving industrial, marine, and manufacturing clients. This is a hands-on welding role for someone who takes pride in clean welds, precision work, and safety in a production environment.

Job Duties:

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components

• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols

• Fabricate and assemble metal parts and structural components to specification

• Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and proper appearance

• Grind, prep, and finish welds as needed

• Operate shop tools and fabrication equipment safely

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and production standards

Requirements:

• Prior welding experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment

• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols

• Experience with MIG welding required; TIG a plus

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift in a shop environment

• Must pass drug screen and background check
