Hotel Maintenance

Located in Pittsburgh, PA

Salary: $19.00/hr.

Job Summary: Hotel Maintenance position for the downtown Pittsburgh area.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance

• Complete preventative maintenance and routine inspections

• Respond quickly to guest and staff maintenance requests

• Maintain records of repairs and supplies

• Ensure safety systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency exits) are functional

• Support housekeeping and front desk with facility needs

• Maintain grounds, pool, and parking areas as required

Position Type: Full Time, Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $19.00/per hour

Schedule: 3pm-11pm, 5 days per week (must be able to work weekends & holidays)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)

• 1+ year maintenance experience (hotel/property preferred)

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC basics

• Ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and multitask

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Flexible schedule; evenings, weekends, on-call as needed

• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work indoors/outdoors
