Skilled Welder – MIG/TIG | 2nd Shift

$22/Hour | Monday–Friday, 2:15 PM–10:45 PM

We're seeking an experienced Welder with strong MIG and TIG welding skills to join our manufacturing team on second shift.

Essential Welding Skills:

• MIG and TIG weld steel (required)
• TIG weld aluminum and stainless steel (required)
• Proficient in both production and precision style welding
• Grind parts post-weld to specifications
• Improvise and build weld fixtures to support product flow

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Use measuring devices including tape measures and calipers
• Maintain quality standards throughout production
• Build custom weld fixtures as needed
• Ensure proper finishing through grinding and cleanup

Requirements:

• Proven MIG and TIG welding experience with aluminum and stainless steel
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and bending
• Forklift experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
