Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector – 1st Shift
Location: Sparta, TN
Pay Rate: $14.28/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime on Friday, Saturday, and possible Sunday as needed)
Job Description: We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused individual to join our team as a QA Inspector on 1st shift. This position is responsible for inspecting and verifying products to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect products for defects and compliance with specifications
Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
Communicate quality issues to production and management teams
Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions when defects are found
Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures at all times
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department
Qualifications:
Previous quality assurance or inspection experience preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer and data entry skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
