We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Tax Preparer to join our team for the upcoming tax season. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to prepare accurate federal and state tax returns while delivering a friendly, professional experience.
Responsibilities:
Prepare individual/business tax returns
Review financial documents and verify accuracy
Identify deductions, credits, and tax‑saving opportunities
Communicate with clients to gather information
Maintain confidentiality and compliance
Use tax software to complete and e‑file returns
Qualifications:
Experience preparing tax returns
Knowledge of federal/state tax regulations
Proficiency with tax software
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
PTIN required or obtained before start
Preferred: EA/CPA, business return experience, bilingual.
