ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

Cleans and maintains packaging equipment and containers.

 

Assembles cartons.

 

Obtains and sorts the product.

 

Wraps protective material around the product when required.

 

Inserts or pours product into containers or fills containers from the spout or chute.

 

Weighs containers and adjusts quantity.

 

Nails, glues, or closes and seals containers.

 

Label containers, container tags, or products.

 

Packs special arrangements or selections of products.

 

Inspects materials, products, and containers at each step of the packaging process.

 

Records information such as count, time, and date packaged.

 

 

 

Schedule M-F 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Saturdays as necessary

 

Hours may vary, and the candidate should have a flexible schedule and weekend availability.

 

Pay rate: $15.00/hr.
