Shipping Yard Operator (Forklift)Leola, PA | 1st Shift | $21+ / hour
Our client is seeking a Shipping Yard Operator to move inspected product into inventory and prepare loads for shipment. This role works closely with Quality and Shipping teams to safely store, organize, and load finished product using a forklift.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport inspected product to yard storage locations
Load flatbed trailers safely and efficiently
Maintain organized inventory and yard areas
Inspect product for damage and make minor repairs if needed
Assist with shipping prep, inventory counts, and unloading materials
Perform daily forklift and equipment checks
Requirements:
Forklift experience required - 2+ yrs
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes staying active and working in a fast-paced yard environment.
