Salary: $16 - $40/hr

We are partnering with a well-established local construction company in the Champaign–Urbana area that is growing and looking to add an experienced HVAC Installer to their team! This is a long-term opportunity with a company known for strong culture, employee stability, and high-quality work.

This role is best suited for someone who already knows HVAC installs and wants a steady, supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

• Follow manufacturer specifications, job plans, and local codes to complete installs correctly and safely

• Work alongside experienced technicians and installers to complete jobs efficiently and cleanly

• Maintain a professional presence when interacting with customers at job sites

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (residential required)

• EPA certification

• Ability to read installation specs, equipment manuals, and basic prints

• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments

Preferred 

• Commercial HVAC installation experience

• Experience working with furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ducted systems
