Customer Service Manager

Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for a Customer Service Manager for a local company. This position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, resolving customer issues, and working closely with Sales, Quality, and Engineering teams.

 

Job Description:

  • Pay rate $50,000-$60,000 salary
  • Long term | Full time
  • Oversee daily activities of the CSR team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards are met
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and assist the team with complex issues
  • Answer customer questions related to policies, procedures, and products 
  • Work closely with the quality team
  • Distribute sales leas and enter information into the CRM system
  • Work with distributors to manage pricing, website accuracy, part list, and annual returns
  • Train and support customer service staff

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience within customer service, including supervisory experience
  • Experience using ERP and CRM systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend in English
  • Recent and relevant work history in the last 6 months
