Our client is hiring remote Analysts to help homeowners get back to where they belong by helping insurance company adjusters identify replacement costs for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. In this role, you will review lists of personal items submitted by claims adjusters for accuracy and ask clarifying questions of the adjusters to ensure the lists are accurate.  For example, a TV is listed with no other details. You will ask the adjuster to confirm the size, make and model of the TV. You will then update the damaged items list.

Our client needs remote workers full-time, 8:00am - 4:30pm eastern time Monday through Friday. You can reside anywhere in the United States

The next training class is Monday, February 16.

During training (2-4 weeks depending on how quickly you learn), pay is $10.00 per hour. When training is complete, pay is $12.00 per hour. After 6 months, pay is $15.00 per hour.

 

QUALIFICATIONS - To qualify for this job you will need

• Prior Customer Service experience, preferably 2+ years
• Desktop computer with Windows 10 or newer (laptops not accepted)
• Dual monitors (or ability to obtain by your start date)
• Reliable internet connection
• Webcam and video chat capability
• Ability to type a minimum of 60 WPM with high accuracy
