We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to support a fast-paced sales environment. This is a key role that requires someone with proven industry or directly relevant experience in inside sales, construction supply, building materials, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support
• Communicate effectively with customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Introduce and promote new or alternative product options
• Process and track stock and special orders using PO logs
• Prepare quotes, contract pricing, and bid documentation
• Complete RGA and credit requests promptly
• Monitor job activity and anticipate material needs
• Assist with estimating phases and bid preparation
• Participate in industry or product seminars
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule

Required Qualifications

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in inside sales, construction supply, or related fields
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – 100% required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to support sales operations in a structured environment
• Computer proficiency
• Strong basic math skills
• Must pass drug screening and background check

Compensation

• Hourly base rate + commission
• Annual compensation: $50k–$55k, depending on experience
