Overview

We is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from planning through execution and completion. The ideal candidate excels at communication, manages multiple priorities effectively, and ensures all project goals are met on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is essential to supporting Urban Core’s mission of delivering high-quality projects that strengthen and enhance our community impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage projects from initiation through completion
• Develop project scopes, timelines, milestones, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal staff, contractors, vendors, and partners
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep work on track
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with all project participants
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services as needed
• Conduct site visits or field checks (if applicable) to ensure project standards are met
• Manage project changes, approvals, and documentation
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating completed projects and identifying best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial project management experience
• Skilled in problem solving and decision-making
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam)
• Valid driver’s license (if field work or travel is required)

Pay $90k - $115k / year -
