Pay & Shift

• Hourly Pay: $21.00/hour
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:45am-3:00/4:00pm (40-45 hours)
• Job Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire

Responsibilities

As a Material Handler, you’ll help keep production running smoothly by:

• Safely operating a sit-down forklift (about 30% of shift on/off forklift).
• Staging, moving, and preparing materials to meet production demand.
• Manually "bucketing" material into machine containers throughout the shift.
• Operating press-side color feeders and assisting machine operators as needed.
• Tagging and labeling material containers for accurate identification.
• Removing samples and labels for quality control.
• Storing finished goods and preparing them for shipment.
• Disassembling empty containers and cleaning machines, equipment, and work areas.
• Supporting operators during breaks in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience (sit-down forklift required).
• Minimum 1 year plastics manufacturing experience.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience with RF scanners.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout shift.
