HVAC Technician – Residential Services

Location: Solano & Napa Counties
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Residential HVAC Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential customers throughout Solano and Napa Counties. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, basic electrical work, and general residential plumbing, with the ability to work independently and provide quality service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces and related components

• Perform light electrical work related to HVAC systems

• Diagnose and clear mainline issues as needed

• Service and repair garbage disposals

• Perform basic residential plumbing repairs and maintenance

• Inspect systems to ensure safe and efficient operation

• Accurately document work performed and communicate findings to customers or management

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Travel to job sites throughout Solano and Napa Counties using a personal vehicle

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential HVAC and related services

• Knowledge of furnaces, HVAC components, and light electrical systems

• Basic plumbing experience, including garbage disposal and mainline work

• Must provide own basic hand tools

• Clean driving record required

• Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel between job sites

• Mileage reimbursement provided

• Strong troubleshooting, time-management, and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
