Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Flatbed Truck Driver to support daily transportation and delivery needs in McMinnville, TN. This position is responsible for safely transporting materials and finished products using a flatbed truck. A CDL is not required, but candidates with a CDL are preferred. Sit-down forklift experience is required for loading and unloading materials.

 

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a flatbed truck to transport materials and products

• Load, secure, and unload materials using proper tie-down and safety procedures

• Operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Ensure loads are properly secured and meet safety regulations

• Maintain accurate delivery and pickup documentation

• Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies

• Assist with warehouse or production tasks as needed when not driving

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not required

• Sit-down forklift experience required

• Previous flatbed or delivery driving experience preferred

• Ability to safely load, secure, and unload materials

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday–Thursday

• Local driving; home daily

• Overtime may be available
