Salary: $16 - $40/hr

We are partnering with a growing local construction company for experienced Carpenters and Construction Laborers for steady, long-term work in the Champaign area. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone with solid construction experience who shows up ready to work, learns quickly, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform framing, trim, and finish carpentry on residential and light commercial projects

• Measure, cut, shape, and install wood and other building materials

• Construct and repair walls, floors, doorframes, fixtures, and structural components

• Complete painting and general construction tasks as needed

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on construction or carpentry experience

• Experience with framing, trim/finish work, and general carpentry

• Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials

• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, kneel, and work on your feet all day

• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Champaign area

• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and willingness to work

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:

• Additional carpentry, remodeling, or repair experience

• Painting or finish work experience

Work Environment:

• Residential and commercial construction sites
