Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for managing and tracking clinician transportation from designated hotels to assigned hospitals. This role ensures accurate check-in and check-out procedures, maintains real-time records in the transportation app, and provides on-site support throughout the transit process to ensure a smooth, organized experience for all clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check clinicians in at the hotel prior to boarding the bus

• Accurately log attendance and transportation details into the designated mobile app

• Verify clinician information and confirm assigned hospital destinations

• Ride on the bus with clinicians to the hospital to provide coordination and support

• Check clinicians off the bus upon arrival at the hospital

• Communicate clearly with clinicians, drivers, and on-site contacts to address questions or issues

• Ensure transportation timelines and procedures are followed

• Report any discrepancies, delays, or issues to the appropriate supervisor

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tracking tools

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Ability to manage groups and maintain order in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to schedule changes

Split Shift:

• 5am-9am and then 4:40pm-8:30pm
• Must be flexible 

Pay is $22/hr
