We are seeking a hardworking and versatile Marina Property Maintenance worker to maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our lakeside facilities. This role involves a mix of landscaping, light repairs, and dock maintenance to ensure a premium experience for our members and guests.
Groundskeeping: Perform regular landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, and debris removal from walkways and shorelines.
Facility Repair: Conduct light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs on marina buildings and restrooms.
Dock Maintenance: Inspect docks and slips for safety; perform minor repairs to decking, cleats, and bumpers.
Cleanliness: Ensure the marina grounds, parking lots, and common areas are kept clean and free of litter.
Equipment Care: Operate and maintain power tools, lawn equipment, and utility vehicles safely.
Experience: Prior experience in property maintenance, construction, or landscaping is highly preferred.
Skills: Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and general repair techniques.
Attributes: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently outdoors in various weather conditions.
Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable way to get to the marina.
Ability to work outdoors in heat, wind, or rain.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on uneven surfaces (docks/slopes).
