Part-Time Customer Service & Office Assistant

Location: Cleveland – West Side
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 20–30 hours per week
Pay: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience

Are you someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping a workplace running smoothly? We're looking for a friendly, reliable Part-Time Customer Service/Office Assistant to join our team on Cleveland’s west side. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys a mix of administrative and hands-on tasks.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule appointments, including new bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations
  • Provide excellent customer service to both callers and in-person visitors
  • Process transactions for in-shop purchases
  • Assist with daily upkeep of retail and back-office areas, including cleaning and organizing
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service skills—both in person and over the phone
  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with computers, including MS Office and CRM systems
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys working with the public
  • Ability to pass drug and background screenings
  • Must be ok with cats.
  • Should be open to learning about extermination.

 

Experience Needed

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Background in customer service, appointment scheduling, and working directly with the public
